| About Me
Hi! My name is Jen & I'm the resident glass addict in my house! In August of 2003 I started making jewelry. In February 2004 I came across Lezlie Bellanger's beautiful lampwork beads and I fell in love with glass beads. In March of 2005, I bought a hot head torch and about 8 rods of glass, a package of mandrels, a small jar of bead relase and started my journey of glass beadmaking. I have been addicted to melting glass since.
We currently reside in Independence, MO with two beautiful daughter's, Emily & Josie.
I am a proud member of the Midwest Prairie Fires, International Society of Glass Beadmakers, League of Lampwork Artists and the Kansas City Artists Coalition.
In July 2006, I had the opportunity to be a teaching assistant for both Margaret Zinser (Shaping, Encasing & Color) and Stephanie Sersich & Dustin Tabor (Expanding your Beadmaking Repertoire) during the ISGB Gathering in Kansas City, Missouri.
